libdsfmt-1279-1 software package provides dSFMT-1279 pseudorandom number generator (shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdsfmt-1279-1
libdsfmt-1279-1 is installed in your system.
